A Humanality Village is easy to facilitate.
The facilitator prompts the class to discuss the warm-up question (in the journal) for the episode. They press play on the video. They encourage students to engage in conversation with the discussion questions (in the journal). That’s it!

You get to choose! The best part of the Humanality Village experience is how it fits into your school culture and calendar. You can hold a “Village Meeting” to watch an episode during class time (life skills class, for example) or afterschool as a club.
As long as your Village is meeting once a month to watch and discuss an episode together, you are on track!

This can be facilitated in one academic school year.
With 11 Humanality Ways™ , you can watch 1 episode per month. One month can include 2 episodes - we recommend learning the last 2 in the same month.

It’s up to you! For each new Humanality Way™ they learn, they are encouraged to go on one Village Adventure per month. If your school would like to plan and oversee a group outing for the students, that’s awesome! If not, let the students take on a Village Adventure with their own friend group. We provide the list and stickers for a variety of Village Adventures, so they get to experience something new every month.

Option #2: Subsidized
You can opt to subsidize a portion of the cost and offer parents or donors the opportunity to fund the rest for the students. Cost-sharing allows you to garner wider buy-in from your community.
